Unlike PPP, the Employee Retention Credit is a refundable tax credit that often results in a check from the IRS for your organizations to use however you want, and you never have to repay. This is what the offer would entail:

The Institute for Child and Family Health (ICFH) provides mental health services including individual/family therapy and psychiatry for children and adolescents in Miami-Dade County. The institute accepts most Medicaid HMOs and has funding for children of low-income families who do not have insurance. Most families pay nothing at all for coverage, and many pay as little as $15 or $20 a month. Families who do not qualify for free or subsidized coverage may purchase a competitively priced full-pay plan. Lawfully residing immigrant children are eligible without a waiting period, and information about a parent’s immigration status won’t be asked.
